£27,000 per year
Full time – 40 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 7am – 3.30pm

What you’ll be doing
? Produce and cook food in line with recipe cards.
? Work in line with company allergen policy
? Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch, hospitality lunches, food for the coffee bar and retail shop
? Full knowledge of all menu items served.
? Deep cleaning of the kitchen area
? Assisting with deliveries and stock rotation
? Management of production to ensure minimal wastage.
? Maintenance of food levels throughout all service periods
? Ensuring the maintenance of high hygiene and health and safety standards in line with Aramark requirements and identify any anomalies and incidents.
? Assisting in the compilation of all shifts opening and closing checklists
Experience
Relevant culinary qualification or at least 2 years experience in a similar position
Experience working in a kitchen at a chef level
Allergen awareness (i.e Natasha’s Law), full training will be given
Excellent team player and communicator
