Aramark UK is seeking a seasoned, commercially astute Director of Operations for a regional role managing independent schools, healthcare and education sites. Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, you’ll coach and grow teams, ensuring top-tier service for clients and fostering a culture of collaboration, recognition and engagement.
This role would suit someone living in the West Midlands as the role requires frequent travel in this area.

Role responsibilities:
Drive growth and ensure operational delivery meets company standards
Strategically plan to enhance commercial performance
Lead employee engagement and talent development
Collaborate and build on relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Maximise contract retention and identify upselling opportunities
Innovate to enhance client, customer and team experiences
Motivate and develop teams, fostering future leaders
Align teams with business strategies and customer needs
Ensure compliance with contracts, quality standards and financial controls
Key requirements:
Account Director experience in contract catering / hospitality (ideally within education or healthcare)
Proven P&L management skills
Excellent organisational, time management and negotiation skills
Process-oriented with commitment to SOPs and best practices
Strong communicator and problem-solver
