General bench joinery workshop responsibilities:
1. To contribute to maintaining a clean and efficient workshop.
2. To have the flexibility to sometimes vary working hours to suit production needs.
3. To understand and adhere to the company’s Health & Safety policy including when the use of PPE is compulsory. To alert the Manufacturing Manager of anything that you feel could affect H&S.
4. To show good time keeping.
5. To have a reliable attitude towards wrapping, loading / unloading and assisting in the spray department.
6. To act as an Ambassador of the company when on site and/or client facing.
