This growing property investment lending business is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper, to provide excellent service to their clients and are looking for candidates who share those values. As a growing business, they are seeking candidates who are committed to developing their skills and experience. You will report into the Operations Manager and work alongside one other Accounts Assistant. You will be responsible for: –
* Bank reconciliations
* Drafting financial statement for clients
* Accounts payable and receivable including purchase and sales ledger
* Managing the company’s ledger
* Assisting with banking and payments procedures
* Liaising with clients and investors and updating their statements on Excel
Skills and experience required:
* Experience using accounting software (such as QuickBooks or Xero)
* Advanced user of MS Excel, including v-look ups, pivot tables, sum-ifs
* Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeping experience is essential within a commercial environment
* Experience dealing with client correspondence via phone/outlook
* Experience in real estate / property finance is preferred
* Accounting / Bookkeeping qualifications is a bonus, ideally ACCA part qualified, or AAT Level 2-3
