Paid Social Specialist
We have an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Paid Social Specialist B2C to take the existing channels to the next level. This is an exciting and unique role to join an experienced team of in-house marketeers to help drive the continued growth and development of the business in the gaming / raffle industry.
The Paid Social Specialist will have deep experience in developing successful paid social media campaigns on platforms including but not limited to Meta (Facebook), Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
The Paid Social Specialist will have experience of how to use the data and a test-driven approach to optimise and grow the channels in order to meet companywide objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Full ownership of the Paid Social Media.
* Create and implement a paid social media strategy to grow revenue and build brand awareness whilst effectively managing ROAS targets.
* Create and implement a strategy to optimise and launch various Facebooks whilst working to a target ROI.
* Work closely with our in-house designer to deliver creative tailored to the audience.
* Use data and a test-driven approach to optimise and grow the channel. Extensive testing on audiences, ad copy and creative.
* Oversee accounts on paid advertising platforms e.g. Google adwords, Bing, Display, Programmatic, Paid Social.
* Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working in close alignment with the marketing team across all channels to deliver campaigns.
* Reporting of KPIs including conversion funnels and LTV to identify issues and opportunities for growth. Communicate KPIs with key stakeholders.
* Create engaging and relevant ad copy to boost campaign conversion.
* Stay abreast of current and upcoming trends, tools, and industry best practices.
* Identify new opportunities within the channels.
* Implement and improve tracking including use of offline conversion tracking tools.
Requirements:
* Considerable experience with Paid Social Media especially across Meta and Instagram
* Experience managing a £400,000+ yearly budget
* Experience in data analysis and reporting
* Proficient in GSuite or MS Office
* Excellent communication skills
* BSc/BA in a Digital Media or related certification is an advantage
