Health & Safety Advisor – Keeping Sites Safe & Ladders Upright!
We’re looking for a Health & Safety Advisor with a construction background to keep our sites safe, compliant, and free from unnecessary risks. If you have an eye for hazards, a knack for keeping things in order, and don’t mind a bit of travel (1-2 nights per week), we want you!
What you’ll do:
* Conduct site safety audits (no corner-cutting on your watch).
* Review RAMS, COSHH, and safety reports.
* Advise on upcoming construction activities—preventing chaos before it happens.
* Keep the team (and Directors) updated on all things safety.
What you need:
* Construction experience (site ops, management, or similar).
* A clean driving license & willingness to travel.
* Sharp attention to detail & great communication skills.
* Willing to learn—training provided if needed.
