Package for the Extra Care Scheme Manager includes but is not limited to:
* £46,909.15 per annum

Extra Care Scheme Manager requirements:
* Previous experience managing an extra care service is essential
* Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent clinical leadership and line management
* Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
