They are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to elevate their brand and drive strategic marketing initiatives across both locations.

Job Overview:

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for two unique well performing shopping centres. You will be responsible for developing and implementing both long-term and short-term marketing plans that enhance our brand presence, drive foot traffic, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. The role requires a strong focus on branding, strategic planning, and management of a direct report to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

About You:

• Proven experience in strategic marketing and branding, preferably within retail, property, or a related industry.
• Strong expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a direct report.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the retail environment.
