Our client is a leading corporate law firm and they are seeking a mid to senior level Knowledge Lawyer to join the Corporate/Commercial team. This role is suited for a technically strong lawyer with experience in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate advisory.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include developing and managing legal content, fostering knowledge-sharing, providing technical advice, and ensuring the team stays informed on legal and market developments.
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Experience in corporate/commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate advisory
- Strong technical skills
- First-class writing skills
- Passion for corporate law, knowledge sharing, and lawyer development
- Proactive, with strong communication skills, ability to analyse complex legal issues, and a commitment to quality, legal excellence, and technology adoption.
