Compensation Administrator (3 Month FTC)

Up to £38,500 DOE
Office location: Central London
Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office
Start: ASAP
An excellent opportunity for a strong data professional to join a highly regarded Financial Services firm to support in a 3 month Compensation data integration project. This could be someone who already holds compensation specific experience, or someone with advanced excel and data skills looking for their first step into the field of compensation.
To be successful in the role, you will need:
Applicants must be immediately available or on short notice (2 weeks or less).
Advanced excel skills (VLOOKUPS, SUMIFS, nested Ifs, pivot tables, etc.) with excellent numerical and data analysis skills.
Proven ability to work with very large data sets.
Prior exposure to compensation data desirable.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
