Building Services Document Controller
Location:

Responsibilities:
Site Protocols:
Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to all site management protocols and setup procedures.
Document Management:
Manage and capture all critical drawing issues and maintain RFI (Request for Information) logs accurately.
Meeting Coordination:
Collaborate with the contracts team to take detailed meeting notes and distribute them as required.
Daily Logs:
Maintain and update site critical daily logs to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
Software Proficiency:
Utilise Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software proficiently to manage documentation and reporting tasks.
Requirements:
Proven experience in document control within the building services or construction industry.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
Familiarity with site management protocols and procedures.
