Hays are on the search for a passionate and eager, qualified and experienced teaching assistants to work across our primary schools in Birmingham.

Your new role
Here at Hays we are looking for teaching assistants who are level 2 or Level 3 qualified. We have long-term, day to day, part-time and full-time positions available to suit your needs and provide you with that flexibility! We’re currently on the lookout for teaching assistants for Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 across all our North Birmingham Primary Schools.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful, you will need to hold relevant qualifications to support children in a primary school, be a good team player, have a good understanding and knowledge of the National Curriculum and have good behaviour management skills. In addition to this, we will require two satisfactory references.
