Account Executive, Fully Remote role , FinTech Business, £45k + £15k commission.

I have recently partnered with a market leading FinTech company to recruit an Account Executive on a permanent basis.
The business is a cloud-based payments service that allows organisations to pay staff and suppliers and collect payments from customers. As a universal payment processing platform, they use a wide range of payment schemes.
Your new role
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organisational skills. They should be comfortable multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for the role. This is a fully remote Account Executive position dealing with the full 360 sales process from cold outreach, qualifying leads, product demos, to closing deals. You will be required to build and maintain client relationships, track and record metrics throughout the sales process, meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
What you’ll need to succeed
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4+ years proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the tech industry.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Understanding of business processes and concepts.
Knowledge of the Fintech industry, or more specifically, payments infrastructure, is desirable.
Strong organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with HubSpot & SalesForce is desirable.
