We are looking for three compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to provide one-to-one support for a lady living at home. This role involves 12-hour day shifts, with a 7-day rota to ensure continuous care.
About the Role:
You will be supporting a lady with a spinal injury and Autonomic Dysreflexia, helping her with:
✅ Personal care & transfers (using a banana board)
✅ Blood pressure monitoring & cough assist when required
✅ Attending physio appointments
✅ Accompanying on outings & visits to family
✅ General housekeeping & emotional support
The client also works from home, so you may assist with tasks in her home office.
Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in personal care and mobility assistance (training can be provided)
✔ Kind, patient, and reliable
✔ Comfortable working 12-hour shifts on a rota
✔ A driver is ideal as you may use the client’s mobility vehicle, but non-drivers will be considered
