The Role:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, relationship management, and talent acquisition within the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the manufacturing industry
– Identify new business opportunities and win new clients through proactive sales activity
– Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for clients
– Negotiate contracts and terms of business with clients and candidates
– Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties
– Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
What We’re Looking For:
– Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within a manufacturing or a related sector
– Strong business development and sales skills
– Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
– Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
– Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously
– A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
