Hays are working with a distinguished sixth form college located near Nuneaton, easily accessible from Hinckley and Coventry. The sixth form specialises in providing high-quality education for students aged from 16-19, priding themselves on being a supportive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment. The sixth form has state-of-the-art facilities, helping to inspire students to reach their maximum potential. They are looking for an A-Level History teacher to join their supportive team on a part-time basis. (3.5 days per week).
Your new role
Within this role you will be teaching A-Level History to sixth form students. You will need to be confident in planning, delivering and marking work at A-Level quality, through having previous teaching experience and excellent curriculum knowledge. This is a part-time position with hours as follows:
3.5 days (3 blocks) per week
Monday teaching 9-11am
Tuesday teaching 11-4.30pm
Thursday– teaching 11-2.10pm
Friday teaching 9-2.10pm
What you’ll need to succeed
A relevant Teaching Qualification
Previous experience of Teaching History to KS5
Excellent Curriculum Knowledge
