We are looking for an Account Director for a maternity leave contract. The role starts early May 2024 for a period of 15 months to August 2025, this allows for a handover at each end of the contract.
As an Account Director, you are a creative and strategic thinker who loves learning everything there is to know about a client’s brand, business, and customer.
You’re a great communicator, a senior client handler and your teams’ biggest supporter. You remain calm when working at speed, not skipping a beat on the details and never lose sight of the bigger picture. You have an interest in organic business growth, creative excellence underpinned by passion for proactivity.

The role is to:
Serve as the main point of contact with senior clients @ Google
Lead and nurture a small team of outstanding client and project managers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams; liaising with strategic planners, creative teams, traffic and production
Identify opportunities for growth, pitching ideas to clients and ensuring projects are being delivered to the highest standard.
Report to a Group Account Director leading the Google Android portfolio
Skills you’ll need:
5+ years agency experience managing a variety of clients, delivering creative campaigns, social assets, branding global events and digital components
Ideally, a keen interest in B2B Tech
To be a natural when collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of work and ideas.
A strong understanding of how to lead projects ensure they are on budget whilst reporting on revenue forecasting.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with clients and nurture team members.
Outstanding attention to detail, loads of initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset
Experience managing, guiding and inspiring direct reports
