Our client is a growing private clinic, and they are looking for a dedicated Accounts and People Operations Assistant to join their close-knit team. As a start-up business, they offer an exciting opportunity for someone eager to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This is a hands-on position that combines accounts and HR tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented, ready to support the clinic’s operations.

Key Admin Responsibilities

Accounts

· Track payments and invoicing

· Record income and expenditure in Sage 50 (proficiency is essential)

· Assist with financial forecasting

· Administer invoices and ensure accurate records

HR/People Management

· Review staff timesheets

· File HR documents

· Track staff holidays and leave requests

· Organise interviews and prepare documentation for new staff members

General Admin

· Assist with ad-hoc clinical administration tasks

· Respond to clinic emails and phone calls (professional communication is essential)

· Build and maintain positive relations with customers and business partners

Skills & Experience Required

· Proven experience in accounts and HR administration

· Proficiency in using Sage 50 Accounts (essential)

· Strong literacy and numeracy skills

· Excellent organisational and time management abilities

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

· Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach

· Self-motivated and able to use initiative

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Schedule:

* Day shift

* Monday to Friday
