Our client is a well-established leader in the manufacturing sector, known for their commitment to quality and innovation. We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Accounts Receivable Assistant to support their financial team. This role is essential to their financial operations and requires a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and track incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer payment records.
Generate and send out invoices, and manage the billing process.
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Resolve any discrepancies and handle billing issues in a timely manner.
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports related to accounts receivable status.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Assistant or similar role.
Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
Competency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding financial information.
