AVASK Accounting & Business Consultants are a rapidly expanding international firm that specialise in VAT, tax and accounting for e-commerce businesses. AVASK assist hundreds of Amazon FBA sellers as well as entrepreneurs across eBay, Shopify and many other platforms. Providing clients with a comprehensive range of expertise – from practical guidance on cross-border transactions, to ensuring they are fully compliant.

Due to continued growth AVASK are now looking to recruit a German Speaking Business Development Administrator to provide support and customer service to our diverse client base.

Business Development Administrator – German Speaking,

the role:

Facilitate the setup of new clients, meticulously handling VAT & EPR Registration documents.

Engage with clients, colleagues, and external partners via phone and email, ensuring clear and professional correspondence.

Keep up to date with industry developments, proactively seeking knowledge to enhance your expertise.

Tackle ad-hoc tasks efficiently, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness.

Skilfully handle a diverse client portfolio, delivering exceptional service.

Monitor and meet deadlines consistently, both for routine tasks and unexpected requests.

Business Development Administrator – German Speaking,

the person:

Proven experience in a customer service based role.

Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in German and English.

Works well in a team as well as independently.

Strong organisational skills.

Keen eye for detail.​
