Our clients, based in Fareham are seeking a part time Administrator to join their friendly, growing team.
The Office Administrator will act as a brand ambassador as ‘Front of house’ for our clients delivering effective customer service to all. Ensure smooth running of operations and organisation on site.
Duties:
– Receiving visitors when they arrive and showing them the respective offices (if applicable)
– Managing office supplies & stationary, scheduling contractors required to attend site ? Arrange meetings by reserving rooms and securing refreshments when required
– Sorting and distributing mail – incoming and outgoing
– Support all departments with administrative tasks
– Undertake additional tasks as reasonably required by the Human Resources Manage

Ideal skills & experience:
* Good communication skills
* Experience in a front-line customer serviced environment with a passion for customer service
* Ability to prioritise tasks
* Strong administration skills
The role is a part time opportunity, operating across Monday – Friday ideally within core hours – 26 hours per week, salary will be pro rata to reflect the amount of hours worked.
