Here at Qualiteach, we specialise in both long-term/ permanent recruitment! We are currently partnered with a number of school and trusts across the local authority who are adding to their staffing immediately – Multiple Advanced Teaching Assistant Roles.
Responsibilities
* Advanced Teaching Assistant.
* Behaviour management.
* Supporting learners with a range of needs
* Engaging a young person in learning through a range of methods.
* Delivering intervention sessions for SEMH learners.
* Supporting learners with EHCPs.
* provide high quality education for young people who have been excluded, or are in danger of exclusion, from mainstream school.
* General Classroom support.
* Emotional Support.
Requirements
* A range of behaviour management techniques.
* Expereinced with PRU/SEMH settings.
* To have worked with learners with a range of needs.
* To be able to commit to working at the school for long period of time.
* Experience delivering evidence-based interventions that accelerate learning.
* Must have SEMH expereince.
* Must be confident in delivering intervention sessions.
