Key Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct asbestos surveys and identify asbestos-containing materials (ACMs).
✔ Assess the risks associated with ACMs and provide expert recommendations.
✔ Deliver clear, concise, and accurate survey reports.
✔ Ensure projects are completed on time and in compliance with industry regulations.
✔ Stay up to date with current legislation and best practices.
✔ Utilize Alpha Tracker software to streamline reporting.
✔ Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Requirements:
✅ BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent).
✅ Proven experience in domestic and commercial surveying.
✅ Full UK driving license (essential).
✅ Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
