About the Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Sheridan Birkenhead Outlet.

*This is a Full time role working 38 hrs a week across a Sunday- Thursday roster.

  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and targets
  • Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service
  • Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling
  • Maintain store operations including stock management and VM
  • Previous experience in people management, coaching and delivering feedback is ideal
