About the Company

Our client is a dynamic, full-service consultancy delivering expert advice on project feasibility, planning applications, appeals, enforcement and more. Their clients span the property investment, development, and leisure sectors, as well as educational institutions.

With a growing portfolio of projects, including:

Residential new builds (minor to major scale)
Leisure and community spaces
Complex refurbishments and conversions
Commercial and residential property extensions…the company continues to expand and is now looking to add to their talented team of 25 professionals.

Candidate Requirements:

Holds a RTPI-accredited degree (or equivalent qualification) in Town Planning or related field
Some experience in a planning role, ideally through public or private sector work or internships
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident working independently and collaboratively
Ambitious, open-minded, and motivated to contribute to exciting planning projects
