An ambitious national Building Consultancy is seeking a confident, client-facing Associate Building Surveyor to lead its commercial offering from its London office.

The Associate Building Surveyor’s role

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will join an established and thriving team of 20+ Surveyors and work alongside the London Partners to drive forward and develop the consultancy’s current commercial offering, which has a strong pipeline of commercial and project-driven work.

Beyond delivering high-impact projects, the new Associate Building Surveyor shall have the opportunity to drive business growth, expand their building surveying team, and shape the future of the division.

The Associate Building Surveyor

* MRICS

* Completed a Building Surveying or RICS accredited degree

* Professional services background

* Residential project experience

* Worked for a UK Chartered Surveying or Construction consultancy
