We’re looking for a Bodyshop Manager to join our team and take charge of our clients Accident Repair Centre.
The Role
As a Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a thriving Accident Repair Centre. Your key aim will be to drive profitability and efficiency while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. This role demands hands-on leadership skills, a strong commercial mindset, and the ability to lead a highly skilled team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the Bodyshop.
* Driving profitability through effective cost management and operational efficiency.
* Leading, motivating, and managing a team of technicians to deliver outstanding results.
* Meeting and exceeding performance and financial targets.
* Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and standards.
* Providing exceptional customer service and fulfilling client expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 3 years’ experience in a relevant management position within the accident repair industry.
A proven track record of running a profitable and efficient Bodyshop.
Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire high performance.
Exceptional organizational, commercial, and problem-solving abilities.
A commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Offering:
* Basic Salary of £55,000 per year.
* On-Target Earnings (OTE) of up to £85,000 per year.
