Job Description:
Sourced Recruitment group are currenty working with a Manchester based Developer who specialise in commercial property to HMO conversions solely in the Greater Manchester area. The business is looking for a General Builder / Project Manager / Site Manager who will run the operations side of the business and liase directly with the managing director.

The builder will have a good understanding of the full build process within the referbishment / stip out of the old properties and manage the tradesmen and build programme for each seperate project from start to finish.

Position: General Builder / Site Manager

Area: Greater Manchester

Salary: upto £45,000

Candidates who can forward plan, create build programmes and adhere to them and also be infront when ordering materials will be a great fit for this position.
