Business Development Executive
£30,000 – £35,000 basic salary (bonus paid based on quarterly targets)
Cambridge – Hybrid 3 days onsite/attending events and 2 days from home

I am working with a Cambridge based full-service content marketing agency, looking for a Business Development Executive, they are expert in positioning brands an organisations and then delivery the communication which bring communities together, you will bring your marketing knowledge along with your resilience and ability to build relationship through cold calling and lead generation.
To be successful in this role you will be responsible for the following:

Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities through targeted outreach and heavy cold calling efforts
Developing and nurturing client relationships with potential clients
Conducting thorough needs assessments and tailored solutions to meet the specific requirement of prospective clients.
Collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the agency’s value proposition.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives to drive business growth and revenue generation.
Attend networking and industry events to represent the business and meet potential clients. 
Requirements for the role

Proven experience in new business development role, preferably within the marketing industry
Strong proficiency with cold calling and lead generation techniques
Demonstrated success in building and managing relationship with membership associations or similar organisations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
