Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative
My client, a leading Social Housing contractor are currently seeking to employ Carpenter to work on their Repairs and Maintenance contract
– Opportunity to earn a performance related cash bonus of up 15% of salary
– Pension scheme contributions set at 7% of salary

– 25 days a year holiday, plus bank holidays
Duties will include:
* Carpentry 1st fix
* Carpentry 2nd fix
* Multi trade duties
* Patch plaster
* P&D
Requirements:
* Carpenter experience
* Multi trade experience
* Social housing
* UK Driving licence
