We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Waitress/ Waiter/ Catering Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers in a warm and welcoming manner.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.

Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.

Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.

Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after each guest.

Process payments and issue receipts using the point-of-sale system.
*
Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.

Follow all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:

Previous experience in waitressing or customer service is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.

A positive and professional attitude.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays of food and beverages.
