Due to expansion and workload across the Highlands, we are looking to appoint a chartered building surveyor on a remote basis for a good client of ours. The role be on a permanent basis with scope to set up a satellite office if required where the company can look to keep expanding.
Ideally you will have experience working on a smaller Commercial and Residential works, including domestic housing.
You must have a keen eye for detail with strong interpersonal skills to work closely with clients both, whilst providing expert reports and advising when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5-8 years experience in the industry and MRICS accredited.
The salary will pay in the region of £55,000-£65,000 with a company package to be negotiated. They are a fantastic company to work for and will provide full support.
