Chief Financial Officer

Reporting to the CEO you will be supported by a dedicated and committed team and will be a key member of a dynamic management team. You will be responsible for the management of Corporate Services and the overall Financial, IT and HR functions of this impressive organisation.
Core duties

• Overall management of the company’s finances, HR systems, assets and information technology
• Maintaining critical awareness of the company finances including, preparation of budgets, review, develop and maintain financial accounting and payroll systems
• Expertise in forecasting and analysis
• Strategic planning and implementation
• Ensuring accountability to funding bodies
• Leadership and Management
• System Development and Management

Qualifications and Experience

• CPA / CA qualifications highly desirable
• Proven experience in financial management at a CFO level
• An ability to successfully grow an organisation’s bottom line
• Experience with M & A’s desirable
• Proven Business Acumen from the commercial sector ideally sought
• Sound leadership skills and an innovative mindset
