Just 2 days a week in the office. Clark James Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Civil Litigator to join our client’s Leeds based team, on a full time and permanent basis.
The role involves handling a caseload of claims in relation to contract, consumer, professional negligence, inheritance and property dispute matters, with the potential to tackle a number of fast and multi-track claims dependent on experience.
You will be taking initial instructions and providing clear and accurate legal advice. This will involve progressing claims pro-actively and in a timely manner in line with the terms of the client’s legal expenses insurance policy.
In order to be considered you must have experience of handling a caseload of consumer, contract, property and inheritance disputes. And a good understanding of civil litigation with experience of managing small claim and fast track litigation.
