Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare work schedules. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Hire and train cleaning staff. Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services. Assist cleaners in performing duties. Inspect sites and facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards. Prepare budget and cost estimates. Receive payments for performed cleaning jobs.
