Role: Clerk of Works
Location: Wakefield/Yorkshire
Salary: £55,000 + Package (Pro Rota if Part-Time)
Our client a leading construction consultancy are keen to recruit an experienced clerk of works on a permanent basis to compliment their current team.
As a clerk of works (construction quality inspector) you’ll be responsible for:
* ensuring the safety and quality of construction works and materials
* Reviewing project documentatio
* Review project documentation to examine the scope of the project. The documentation contains timings and deliverables.
* Work with general contractors to discuss their involvement in the project
* Share suggestions and recommendations that help the project achieve its goals.
* Inspecting the quality and safety of work
* Check the workmanship and regularly conduct comprehensive construction inspections.
