Position: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Hammersmith & Fulham, London
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Excellent benefits!
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Supernumerary hours

This spacious, well-established facility provides care for residents with dementia, nursing, and mental health needs. Responsibilities as a Clinical Deputy Manager:
* Provide clinical governance and ensure compliance with best practices
* Deliver the highest standard of care to all residents
* Oversee and supervise a large, dedicated team of nurses and carers
* Offer support, guidance, and training to new staff members
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of all documentation
Requirements as a Clinical Deputy Manager:
* Active NMC Pin
* Proven experience in nursing home management
