Key Responsibilities:

* Managing a caseload of Clinical Negligence matters.

* Drafting legal documents, including claim forms, witness statements, and settlement agreements.

* Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court, if necessary.

Requirements:

* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Clinical Negligence.

* Strong knowledge of medical negligence law and relevant legal principles.
