We are working with a reputable client based in Wellingborough who require a
CNC Miller Setter Operator to join their team.
The position is a permanent role paying £16.00 – £18.50 per hour (DOE) + Benefits.
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 4.30pm and Friday 7.30am – 1.30pm
33 days holiday (including bank holidays) + Peoples Pension.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working within an engineering environment. The right candidate will also have good CNC setting and operating experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for setting and operating up to 5 axis machinery
* Must be able to read and interpret technical information
* The ability to modify and edit programes as and when required
* Familiar with managing and operating Fanuc controls
* Deburring components when required
* Ability to use a range of precision measuring instruments
* Quality checking components
* Other general duties when required
Key Requirements:
* 3 years experience within a similar environment
* Must be PC literate
* Excellent attention to detail
