CNC Setter/Operator – Precision Engineering
Location: Leeds
Pay Rate: £15.89 per hour
Hours: 37 per week, day shift
A well-established precision engineering company in Leeds is looking for an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join their team. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge machinery, machining high-performance materials in a modern, well-equipped facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-precision components.
Work with Fanuc controls to optimize machine performance.
Machine challenging materials like titanium and Inconel.
Read and interpret technical drawings for precise setups.
Collaborate with the quality team to maintain exceptional standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator in precision engineering.
Knowledge of Fanuc or Haas controls, including G & M codes.
Experience machining exotic materials (e.g., titanium, Inconel) is a plus.
Skilled in CNC milling or turning—both backgrounds are welcome.
A team player with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
