Job Title: Commercial Tyre Store Manager

Salary: From £40,000 per year

Location: King’s Lynn

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Monday to Saturday morning

About the client:

 Our client, a prestigious 5-star rated automotive company, is seeking an experienced Store Manager with expertise in commercial tyres to join their dedicated team in King’s Lynn. This position presents an excellent opportunity for career advancement in management.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Oversee a team of 10 staff members.
Mobile Operations: Maintain regular contact with 4 Mobile Tyre Fitting Vans.
Customer Relations: Manage customer interactions with account customers.
Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Regional Managers to achieve store goals.
Skills and Experience:

Tyre Expertise: Experience with truck and/or agricultural tyres is essential.
IT Proficiency: Good working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Excel/Word.
Proactive Attitude: A “can do” attitude with excellent communication skills.
Planning: Ability to efficiently plan jobs for mobile tyre fitters.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in truck tyre industry.
Language: Proficiency in English.
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
