Hours: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: £18.00 £21.06 per hour
Job Overview:
We are looking for experienced Community Nurses to join our clients team in Shrewsbury. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8am to 6pm), providing essential nursing care to patients in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality patient care in a community setting.
* Perform compression bandaging, wound care, and catheter care.
* Administer medication and insulin safely and effectively.
* Deliver end-of-life care, including the use of syringe drivers.
* Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (Band 5) with valid NMC registration.
* Previous experience as a Community Nurse preferred.
* Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
