Project: To join our capability and change team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Reporting to the knowledge and capability lead.
Being responsible for managing the project and program management competency framework development, assessment, evaluation and improvement cycle to enable effective delivery of complex rail infrastructure enhancement programs for our client in Canada.
Using and improving existing client processes and managing integration and coordination with any emerging talent management initiatives underway
Reviewing existing competency framework and methodology and recommend improvements to the assessment process.
Directing a multi-disciplinary team of people within program team and the client to carry out a competency assessment at the project and program level.
Working with knowledge, training and change team (KTC), Capital Projects Group (CPG) to identify training interventions to bridge any gaps in competence.
Supporting requirements capture for any new training required.
Managing the plan to deliver one or our tier 2 multiyear key performance indicators, competency development, such that the competency of project management is improved over the period of the contract.
Establishing a measurement strategy that will provide relevant metrics on the program and manage success factors.
Working with internal stakeholders to evolve, integrating and coordinating with competency frameworks that are being developed within the enterprise.
Developing the capability of the KTC team to execute future development of the competency framework (leave a legacy)
Exploring connecting project and program management competency development with external accreditation such as with the PMI.
