Current vacancy for a housing provider in Shrewsbury, this is a contract role for three to six months.
Duties will include,
* Manging gas contractor ensuring quality, certification and process of invoices.
* Managing water safety contractor ensuring quality, post inspections and certification.
* Use of asset software and Microsoft packages.
* Liaising with key stakeholders on gas and water management.
* Working as part of wider asset management team and ensuring excellent customer service and value for money.
