About You:
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years in a management role in retail?
- Ability to confidently lead, motivate, and engage with your team.
- Proven experience in training and coaching team members.
- A history of exceeding set goals and KPIs and driving budgets and targets.
- Ability to complete operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, VM, and stock management.
- Looking for Brand Ambassadors that share the same values and can share the brand culture with fellow team members and customers.
- Experience in Customer Service and passion for delivering an in-store experience to our customers.
- Driven to exceed company set budgets and KPIs.
- Interest in fashion and retail.
- Desire to further your career in retail in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
