Contract Manager

I am recruiting for a Contracts Manager for a main contractor who specialise in internal fit-outs & refurbishments.

They are looking to grow & expand their business and are looking for someone to help then achieve this is. This is a great opportunity to grow with the business!!

Responsibilities:
• Overseeing projects up to circa £500,000
• Programming
• Client liaison
• Reporting to the Construction Director
• Involvement in pre-construction through to completion

Requirements:
• Experience on Hospitality, Education or commercial projects is ideal
• Construction experience with a main contractor
• Minimum HNC/HND Building Studies or Construction related degree
• CSCS
• SMSTS or IOSH
• Asbestos awareness training
• First aid

Benefits:
• Salary up to £40,000 – £60,000
• Company pension scheme
