Contracts Manager Role
Sector: Education, Healthcare & Retail (Fast Track Fit-Out Projects)
Location: Office-based in Yorkshire with nationwide site visits
About the Role
My client are seeking a dedicated and experienced Contracts Manager to join their team and oversee fast track fit-out projects within the medical and healthcare sector. Projects range in value from £200K to £4M and require impeccable attention to detail and coordination. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage all contractual aspects of fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
– Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful delivery from conception to completion.
– Conduct nationwide site visits, liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors to maintain smooth workflows.
– Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards, providing regular progress updates.
– Resolve issues and mitigate risks during live project environments, maintaining health and safety standards.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and manage expectations effectively.
Candidate Requirements
– Candidate must be based in the North West/Yorkshire region
– Proven track record of managing contracts and projects in a live working environment within the medical or healthcare sector, preferably with fast-track fit-out experience.
– Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to dynamic project demands.
– Proficiency in interpreting contracts, financial budgets, and construction plans.
– Candidate must have strong IT skills
Benefits
– Salary: £55,000- £60,000 per annum.
– Vehicle: Company Car or Allowance will be provided
– Travel: Mileage for the use of their own car
– Additional: Pension, 26 days per annum & Bank Holidays, Two Bonus Schemes
