Earthstream are recruiting Controls Engineering Manager to join leading automation company specialising in material handling systems.
The role
* Managing the Controls Department and achieving electrical engineering operational objectives by contributing electrical engineering information and recommendations to strategic plans.
* Ensure completion of electrical projects by supervising installation and resolving design issues.
* Manage staff performance to ensure the running of an effective and efficient Controls Department.
* Maintains electrical systems by establishing and enforcing preventive and on-going maintenance, and testing programs; scheduling repairs; coordinating shutdowns and installations.
* Ensure completion of electrical projects by supervising installation and resolving design issues.
Requirements:
* Relevant Degree qualification within engineering
* Strong background with Control Systems and Electrical Engineering
* Experience managing and running an engineering / control department.
* Experience delivering projects.
