Key Responsibilities

Managing freehold and leasehold property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
Addressing enquiries, resolving title issues, conducting searches, and ensuring mortgage conditions are satisfied.
Preparing contracts and supporting documents, reviewing official copy documents, and ensuring accurate post-completion processes.
Managing own caseload
Requirements:

At 2 years PQE
Strong legal knowledge of the conveyancing process
Experience managing own caseload
Excellent communication
