Skills & Experience:
You will have corporate/commercial experience and would like to undertake Corporate/M&A work as well, at Senior Associate level.
Your New Role:
Will see you working directly with a Partner who has a particular focus on the automotive sector and motor dealerships.
Advise in diverse corporate and commercial transactions, including on corporate structuring, acquisitions and sales of businesses and corporate entities, and commercial leasing. Your experience will also encompass a variety of banking and finance matters.
Working with a firm who has a WFH Policy in place ; clients spanning a very broad range of sectors including property, banking, transport, services, information technology, and telecommunications.
